Carol Creighton Burnett was born in April 26,1933 in San Antonio, Texas. She was a versatile celebrity and an Emmy Award winning actress, hilarious comedian, spectacular dancer and a thoughtful writer. Carol Burnett show dvd started her journey from New York in 1967. In the debut of her serial she became popular on Broadway. She done the a couple of appearances in The Garry Moore Show, then Carol moved to Los Angeles and started the highly reputed show namely “The Carol Burnett Show” which was telecasted on CBS television for eleven subsequent years from 1967 to 1978. This Show was the combination of various flavours of comedy sketches, song and dance. The sketches were according to the movie parodies and famous characters, these characters were played by Carol Burnett, provided her a chance to fully grow and gave her confidence in writing and playing many famous and imaginative characters.

In 1959 Burnett appeared on Broadway in a musical "Once upon a Mattress" and afterwards she appeared regularly on The Garry Moore Show, her regular appearances visible until 1962. During her outstanding performance in a variety of musical program she was awarded an Emmy Award. Burnett gave many performances and depicted a lot of characters but she was well recognized for the cleaning woman character she put on once. She rose to the great heights after her successful appearances in The Garry Moore Show that she appeared in special Julie and Carol Carnegie Hall along with her friend Julie Andrews.
