Single family sales were also made , during the staring of the decade it was sold for $ 900 K and the current rate is $1.3 M. Last year only nine town homes were escrowed, but this year beginning itself has seen three town homes escrowed. So this year the sales have shown quite a good improvement. So I think this decade the Manhattan village area is going to get back its lost lure once again.
